By using the website or other media or digital means of the Crop Care Group, the data subject acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consents to the collection and use of information as set out in this Policy.
All personal information regarding customers or visitors who access the site will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD.

If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to provide the delivery of the quotation and/or provide the appropriate service to your needs. 

General Principles
It is Crop Care’s policy to respect the privacy and security of the personal data to which it has access. In its established processes, the Crop Care Group seeks to ensure that the processing of personal data is done in a transparent manner, and is not performed for purposes that are different or incompatible with those on which its collection was based.
Specific Privacy Policies may apply to some of our products and services.

A. Processing of personal data:

1. What information will be collected and for what purpose:
Crop Care Group may collect information actively entered by the user at the time of registration, such as full name, e-mail, date of birth,  elephone number, full address and CPF among others. In addition, it may also automatically collect information when you use the Internet pages and portals, such as, for example, IP address with date and time of connection, web pages viewed, and so on.
This information will be used to meet and fulfill obligations arising from the use to the different business activities of the Crop Care Group, such as: establish commercial and partnership relationships, including credit analysis / billing, consumer profile and authentication of users in the E-Commerce Store, inform and promote information regarding trends, products, content, training, news and other events relevant to
maintaining the relationship with the data subject.
The Internet portals maintained by the Crop Care Group do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any minor. If you are a minor and wish to use our sites or any functionality that requires the submission of personal data, you must ask your parent or guardian to do so, unless you are emancipated.
Grupo Crop Care may send you information about its products, services, promotions, and newsletters through communication tools such as WhatsApp, e-mail and others.

Personal data is collected when you register online or place an order, via the Crop Care Group’s shopping platforms, for any product or service, from completing one of the site’s forms or survey questionnaires, when you give us your opinion or via cookies in your browsers when you use or view the Crop Care websites.

Cookies are files or information that may be stored on your devices when you visit websites or use online services of the Crop Care Group and/or its companies. They are used by the Crop Care Group and/or companies of the same group to facilitate your navigation on our website and applications, adapting them to your interests and needs, and accelerating your future activities and experience on our site. Crop Care Group stores visitor statistics to improve your browsing experience. Therefore, when you access our website, it may store or collect information in your browser, primarily in the form of cookies.

Please note that in some situations the Crop Care Group cannot delete your personal data without also deleting your user account. We may need to retain some of your personal data, even after your request for deletion, to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

C. Data Sharing
With whom we will share the data:
The Crop Care Group may share your data via the pages or by contacting you in the following instances:
With its related/controlled companies, incorporated or operating in any state in Brazil or abroad, whereby Grupo Crop Care hereby undertakes to do so only if the destination country provides an adequate level of protection for personal data as provided by Law;
With third-party service providers to help us operate, execute, enhance, understand, customize, support, and advertise our services. When we share data with third party service providers, we require them to use your data in accordance with our instructions and terms or upon express consent, where applicable;
With authorities, government entities or third parties for the defense of the interests of the Crop Care Group and/or companies of the same group in any type of conflict, including lawsuits, claims before public bodies, regulatory agencies and administrative processes;
In the case of transactions and corporate changes involving the Crop Care Group and/or companies in the same group where the transfer of information is necessary for the continued provision of services;
By judicial order or by the request of public administrative authorities that have legal competence for its requisition;
With your permission. In other cases not foreseen above, if there is the objective of sharing personal data and information, we will send you a notification with information regarding such sharing in order to request your consent for the given purpose.

D. Sharing data with third parties:
Your personal data may be shared with partner companies in order to improve the customer experience, to help promote our products/services, or for user/customer support.
The companies with whom we may share your information adopt the necessary technica and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the information.

E. Transfer of personal data outside Brazil:
The Crop Care Group and/or its group companies may transfer some of your personal data to service providers located abroad, including cloud service providers.
When your personal data is transferred outside Brazil, the Crop Care Group and/or its group companies will take appropriate measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data in compliance with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation,
including by entering into appropriate data transfer agreements with third parties of your personal data where required.

F. Retention of Collected Information
Personal data processed by the Crop Care Group and/or companies in the same group will be deleted when they are no longer useful for the purposes for which they were collected, or when the client requests their deletion, except in cases where retention of the data is authorized by law or applicable regulation, or to assist the Crop Care Group in possible and future legal actions, complaints before public bodies, regulatory or administrative agencies in which they need to prove compliance with legal or contractual obligations.

The Crop Care Group Web sites maintain links to other sites that supplement or contain information or tools useful to visitors. The privacy policy does not apply to third party sites, so if you visit another site from http://www.portaldeprivacidadecropcare.com, the applicable privacy policy will be that site’s. Crop Care Group is not responsible for the privacy policy or content present on these sites.

This Notice shall be governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with the Brazilian legislation, especially Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), being competent the jurisdiction of the domicile of the holder of the personal data to settle any doubt arising from this document.
